Ordering and Shipping


To create an account, simply click on the “REGISTER” link on the top-right hand corner of the website and fill in the required field with relevant information. Creating an account with us enables you to keep track of your purchase history, payment status and saves you the hassle of having to fill your details each time you shop with us.



To make a purchase, simply select the correct size/colour of the desired item(s) and add it to your shopping bag. To review or make amendments to the list of selected item(s) in your shopping cart, click on “SHOPPING BAG”. When you have completed shopping and ready to check out, click on "CHECKOUT" within the shopping cart. You will be brought to the payment page where you’ll be required to fill in the delivery and billing information. If you have a discount code, enter your code under the "Discount Code" section found on the same page.

Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.



All confirmed and paid orders (excluding backorders) will be processed for shipping within 1-2 working days. There are 4 modes of delivery for local delivery:

All local courier services are delivered via Roadbull unless otherwise stated. Orders can be tracked via using your tracking number.



JFH ships worldwide. Overseas shipping charges will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. Please check HERE for the Overseas Postage Rates – Airmail Rates.


Bounced Parcels

We'll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs, or terminate your Order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the Product.
