We accept returns for items* that are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. Please note that refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit with 6 months validity.
*Excludes: orders made with promotional codes, sales items, intimates, swimwear and bags.
To start a return request, please:
- Fill in the returns note (available upon request via email to email@example.com)Kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
- Pack the item and your completed returns note in its original packing material
- Orders have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. Return parcels are to reach us within ten (10) working days from dispatch date for local orders, or twenty (20) working days for international orders. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed. We'll email you as soon as we've completed your return.
- SG$1.50 will be deducted for every return due to a subsidised delivery rate that was offered in the initial purchase.
Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Product.
Defects/Incorrect Item Received
We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. If you believe you have received a defective/incorrect item, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a photograph of the defect/incorrect item. Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective/incorrect item. All items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
